Booking

Booking & Cancellation Policy

How booking, rescheduling and cancellation work at Defined PMU, and what applies whatever this page says.

01

How appointments are booked

Appointments are made through the booking page, one at a time. The studio takes a single client per appointment, so the time you choose is yours from start to finish.

  • Appointments run on Saturdays and Sundays.
  • A booking needs at least 1 calendar day's notice. Friday for Saturday is fine; Saturday for Saturday is not.
  • Start times run from 09:00 to 18:00, and the calendar only offers times that genuinely fit the treatment you chose.
  • Everything is in Helsinki time (Europe/Helsinki), whatever time zone you are reading from.

02

Prices

Lip Blush and Lip Neutralisation are €299 each. Top-ups are priced by how long it has been since your last treatment: 4–6 week top-up €100 · 6–12 month top-up €200 · 12–18 month top-up €250.

Prices are shown before you choose a time, and again on the review step before you confirm. The price you see is the price of the appointment. There is no booking fee.

03

Payment

Nothing is charged through this website. Payment is arranged with the studio.

If that changes, for instance if the studio starts taking a deposit at the time of booking, the amount and the terms will be shown before you confirm anything, and this page will be updated first.

04

Changing or cancelling

If you need to move or cancel an appointment, tell the studio as early as you can. An appointment holds a long, single-client slot on a weekend day, and early notice is what lets someone else use it.

The studio will confirm any change with you directly. If a charge would ever apply to a late change or a missed appointment, you will be told the amount before it applies, never afterwards and never as a surprise on this page.

05

If the studio has to change your appointment

Occasionally an appointment has to move: illness, or something that makes the studio unsafe to work in. If that happens you will be contacted as soon as the studio knows, offered the earliest alternative that suits you, and refunded in full if you have paid anything and would rather not rebook.

06

On the day

Come to Albertinkatu 5, 00150 Helsinki. Allow the full length of the appointment. Your consultation is part of it, not something fitted in beforehand.

If you arrive late, the studio will do what it can, but the appointment may have to be shortened or moved: the day is built around single, long bookings and cannot absorb an overrun.

Your health questionnaire needs to be complete before you arrive, so the practitioner can read it in advance. If something in it means treatment is not right for you, the practitioner will talk it through with you rather than proceed.

07

Your rights as a consumer

Nothing on this page limits the rights Finnish consumer law gives you.

When you book a service at a distance (online, by message, or by phone), the Consumer Protection Act generally gives you 14 days to withdraw from the contract, counted from when the booking is made. Defined does not ask you to waive that right. If you have asked for the appointment to go ahead inside those 14 days and it has already taken place, the service has been performed and there is nothing left to withdraw from.

If you and the studio cannot resolve a disagreement, you can take it to the Consumer Disputes Board. See the Finnish Competition and Consumer Authority for consumer advice and how to file.
